Lynn Beck has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 28 years and offers a vast array of expertise on the customer service side.
She has served as a customer service trainer and curriculum developer. Ms. Beck was the E911 manager for GTE’s Northwest Region. Then she was promoted to administrator of customer and executive complaints. Her expertise in conflict resolution was well received by her superiors. The final assignment for her career at GTE was to develop, implement and manage GTE-NW’s and Verizon’s Pending Order Inquiry team. She retired from GTE in 2003 and joined the PacTel Solutions, Inc. to help develop corporate policies and procedures.
5 Year Plan: Lynn wants to see our company include an expanded internal corporate structure, steer WMBE certification, continuing employee development and education, and she wishes to act as a liaison for our community services goal.
